There’s no time like September and October to experience a drive through Colorado’s golden aspens. As the quaking aspen glitter in the distance, take a drive, ride a train, hike or bike a trail or just make an overview stop to admire the gold and peach leaves and experience the clear blue skies of our mountain scenery. Even the lower altitudes of the plains, country and city paths offer beautiful fall colors.
