If you cancel or change your reservation by 6:00 PM at least fourteen days prior to your arrival date, there will be no charge. Otherwise you will be charged for each night of your reservation which is not resold. When canceling a group reservation of three or more rooms, 14 – 30 days notice may be required for a full refund.

All rooms have private phones and there is no charge for local calls, or toll-free calls. Outgoing FAX is available to guests at $1.00 per page in the USA, $5.00 for the first international page and $1.00 per page thereafter. There is no charge for incoming messages.
