Blueberry-Molasses Muffins

Makes 12 muffinsIngredients:
- 1 box (Krusteaz) Wild Blueberry mix w/ Blueberries (drained)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup oil
Instructions:

In a large bowl add all ingredients, except the blueberries. Mix together well.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Grease muffin tins with non-stick spray.

Fill Muffin cups evenly with batter, about 1/2-3/4 full.

Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with butter.
