The Bed and Breakfast Innkeepers of Colorado (BBIC) would like to introduce the following member inns that are currently offering awesome cooking package getaways!. These inns offer excellent culinary delights and cooking lessons for the "Culinary Challenged". These BBIC member inns are Inspected and Approved along with 100+ other inns that you can find at

These hands-on classes are taught by Culinary School graduates and focus on student participation and one-on-one time with the instructor. Because of the small size of the classes they are excellent for beginners as well as seasoned kitchen pros. The Northern Italian class will focus on the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, the Heartland of Northern Italian Food. The Cooking 101 class will teach classic French cooking techniques while preparing a delicious menu perfect for home entertaining. Dates: March 15 & 16 Northern Italian - May 17 & 18 Cooking 101 Cost: The cost ranges between $549 and $599 per couple depending on room choice. The package includes two nights lodging, dinner on both Friday and Saturday evenings, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings and a hands on cooking class on Saturday afternoon in our Gourmet Kitchen. Beverly Cox will instruct the hands on cooking class featuring recipes from her recently published cookbook, Spirit of the Earth:Native Cooking from Latin America.
