Chile today and hot tamale is the forecast! Well, not exactly. It has
been hot and the forecast is for it to heat up more in the upcoming days at
the Abriendo Inn with our barbeque breakfast featuring roasted Pueblo green
chilies and other bounties of the Pueblo harvest. The barbeque breakfasts are
served on Saturday mornings from Labor Day until the end of October. All barbeque
breakfast guests receive copies of recipes to try at home and a list of farm
locations for purchase of their own chilies or fresh produce. Guests staying
September 20 and going to the Pueblo Chile and Frijoles Festival will receive
a take-home treat of a jar of Pueblo Salsa. Dates: Every Friday night
after Labor Day until the end of October. Cost: Select room with a king
or queen bed - $89 plus tax. Deluxe room with king bed and double whirlpool
