Blue Skies Inn is located streamside on the wooded estate of the founder of Manitou Springs, a small mountain city nestled at the base of Pikes Peak. Our ten three-room suites are painted by an artist, all on a slightly different theme. They feature luxurious private bathrooms with spacious tiled showers, soaking tubs or Jacuzzis. Some suites have gas fireplaces and all suites feature a private sitting room for breakfasting or quiet reading. All suites have air conditioning, TV/VCR/DVD, cable, telephones and modem jacks. Our private or semi-private entrances and double-wall construction with sound insulation will ensure that your stay with us is undisturbed. We welcome children since we`re sound insulated and very private. Our grounds feature lawns, flower gardens, shady patios, a charming gazebo with giant hot tub open to the stars, and hillsides covered with hundred year-old scrub oak.
