We welcome our guests to relax in the outdoor hot tub while taking in the foothill mountains by day and the western stars by night, or snuggle up in front of the massive rock fireplace in the great room. Romance and area attraction packages packages are available. A Cabin & Cottage, on a separate property, are also available, each accommodating six guests, and have their own kitchens and bathrooms, also with beautiful mountain views, and the Cabin has its own private hot tub as well. Entire lodge rental is available for family reunions, weddings, retreats, and corporate events.The Lodge can sleep up to 17 people and host up to 30 people for group gatherings.

BRIE & APPLE STUFFED FRENCH TOAST
Ingredients:
6 eggs
2 cups milkV
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 long loaf French bread
1 golden delicious apple
1 medium wedge brie cheese
butter
freshly grated nutmeg
3 Tbsp. freshly grated orange zest
maple syrup
Directions
Slice French bread into 16 1/2-inch slices and place 8 slices in a large baking dish. Set the other 8 pieces aside. Core apple and thinly slice into 8 pieces. Place 1 apple slice on each piece of French bread in baking dish. Cut 8 1/8-inch slices of brie, removing waxy outer coating, and place 1 slice on each apple-topped piece of bread. Place remaining 8 slices of bread on top of brie.
Mix eggs, milk, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, and cinnamon well. Pour egg mixture over brie and apple sandwiches, turning the sandwiches to insure coating well on both sides. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 1 hour.
Preheat griddle to 350 degrees. Lightly butter the griddle and place sandwiches brie side down, turning once after cheese has begun to melt. Toast should grill to an even golden brown. Serve immediately, topped with freshly grated nutmeg and orange zest. Serve with maple syrup.
