Reservation Policy:

Cancellation Policy:
There is a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of arrival. If made within the 30 day period and we cannot re-sell the room then we will charge the full amount of the stay.

Our Current Recipes
Umpon Kaka-AKA oven omlet
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons butter
Fruit,jam, powdered sugar to taste
Directions Beat together the first 4 ingredients,by hand or by blender, while butter melts in a pie plate or similar shallow dish,suitable for oven use. Set oven to 400 degrees. Brush the sides as well as the bottom of the dish with the butter. Pour the mixture in gently and place dish into preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Umpon will rise like a souffle' and brown on top. Don't worry if it falls in the center after you let it rest out of the oven for 5 minutes. Just more room for fresh fruit, ie. strawberries, blueberries, etc. or serve with freh jam. Sift with powdered sugar before serving.
 
Blueberry Sausage Coffee Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream or yogurt
1 pound pork sausage
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup pecans-chopped
Directions Set oven to 350 degrees grease 13x9 pan cook and drain sausage, set aside. Mix the flour, baking powder & soda. set aside Beat together: butter & sugars. Add egges to the butter & sugar mixture. Add sour cream or yogurt Add the flour mixture Fold in the sausage & berries. Pour into pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes We often top this with a bit of a berry sauce.
