Directions: In a large bowl add all ingredients, except the blueberries. Mix together well. Gently fold in the blueberries. Grease muffin tins with non-stick spray. Fill Muffin cups evenly with batter, about 1/2-3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with butter. Makes 12 muffins. |
