Directions: Mix up buckwheat flour, buttermilk mix, milk eggs, and olive oil with a whisk. Blend frozen berries and 1 1/2 cups of water in blender and then add to mix. Blackberry Buttermilk Waffle mix will last up to one week in the refrigerator.
Toppings: Honey, Maple Syrup, Blueberry syrup, Fresh Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, pine nuts and of course Whipped Cream.
