Recipe Name: Blueberry Sausage Coffee Cake
 
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream or yogurt
1 pound pork sausage
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup pecans-chopped
 
Directions: Set oven to 350 degrees grease 13x9 pan cook and drain sausage, set aside. Mix the flour, baking powder & soda. set aside Beat together: butter & sugars. Add egges to the butter & sugar mixture. Add sour cream or yogurt Add the flour mixture Fold in the sausage & berries. Pour into pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes We often top this with a bit of a berry sauce.
