2008 BBIC Fee Schedule

First Year Dues Once approved as a new member, your dues are calculated on a prorated basis from the date of approval to the end of the year. See “Annual Membership Dues” for the formula. First year dues are a minimum of $50.
Annual Membership Dues & Re-inspection Fee (following the first calendar year of membership) Full Member’s dues plus an additional $40, which goes toward the B&B's every third year re-inspection, are payable in October for the next calendar year. The Full Member dues for 2008 are $130 plus $35 per guest room, with maximum dues of $450 per Inn.

A Transfer Membership Application must be received within 90 days of ownership transfer. An application received past 90 days is viewed as a New Member application and subject to all New Member requirements, deadlines, and fees.

Affiliate Memberships are open to businesses that offer products or services to BBIC members and are not lodging establishments or aspiring innkeepers.
